Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email my54diemj2bh7fmq@gmail.com. Do not send an item back before the return is approved. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the authorized return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
