We will review your order details and may request clear photos or video before approving a replacement or refund.</p><h3>Change-of-mind returns</h3><p>To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.</p><h3>How to request a return</h3><p>Contact us with your order number and the reason for the request. Do not send an item back before the return is approved. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the authorized return address.</p><p>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return shipping costs when an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.</p><h3>Cancellations</h3><p>Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.</p><h3>Refunds</h3><p>We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected.
