TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to CarryNook. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, store, products and related services (collectively, the “Services”). CarryNook operates the Services and Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer them. By visiting the site, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services. Information you provide must be current, complete and accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, colors and images accurately. Screens and device settings may affect how colors and details appear. Product availability, specifications, packaging and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product where permitted by law.
3. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
You must review your order, delivery address and contact details before submitting it. Address changes and cancellation requests should be sent within 24 hours, but cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
4. PRICES, PAYMENT AND TAXES
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs duties or other charges. Applicable charges are shown at checkout where available. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for your order.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from China to the destinations shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, local conditions or events outside our reasonable control. Available shipping methods, current rates and tracking information are described in our Shipping Policy.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, damaged-item claims and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Do not return an item before receiving return authorization and instructions.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use the Services only for lawful personal or household purposes. You must not misuse the Services, interfere with their security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest personal information, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property rights, submit false information, or use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, design and other content are owned by or licensed to CarryNook and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, republished or commercially exploited without permission from the applicable rights holder.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Services may include tools, links or functionality provided by third parties, including Shopify and payment, analytics, advertising, fulfillment and delivery providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
10. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information to provide and improve the ecommerce platform. Please review the applicable privacy notices before using the Services.
11. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit a review, suggestion or other feedback, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt and display that feedback for operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law. You must have the right to submit the material and it must not be unlawful, misleading or infringing.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarryNook and its affiliates, personnel, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold CarryNook harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.
15. SEVERABILITY, WAIVER AND ASSIGNMENT
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a business transfer or as otherwise permitted by law.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CarryNook is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will take effect as stated in the notice or as required by law. Your continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
